Voor een internationale speler in Geel zijn we op zoek naar een Manufacturing Process Engineer die productieactiviteiten uitvoert en analyseert, projectwerk ondersteunt, kennis opbouwt en bijdraagt tot continue verbetering van afdelingsoverschrijdende productieprocessen. Als Manufacturing Process Engineer zorg je ervoor dat productieprocessen stabiel, veilig en volgens de vooropgestelde voorwaarden verlopen. Jouw taken omvatten: Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en instructies bespreken met leidinggevende of opdrachtgever Uitvoeren, meten, analyseren en monitoren van activiteiten gelinkt aan het productieproces (bufferprep, filtraties, chromatografie, TFF) Zorgen voor correcte schriftelijke en elektronische documentatie conform geldende procedures Onderhouden van een propere en veilige werkplek en correcte werking van instrumenten en materialen Naleven van kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheidsprocedures en cGMP-regels Uitwisselen van informatie over werkzaamheden, voortgang, issues en afwijkingen met relevante betrokkenen Voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen op basis van huidige processen en problemen Opbouwen en delen van kennis binnen het eigen werkgebied en coachen van minder ervaren collega's Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring en 3-5 jaar praktijkervaring binnen een productie- of procesomgeving. Je beschikt over grondige technische kennis van en praktische ervaring met producten, equipment en methodes, en bent in staat om zowel routine als niet-routine productieactiviteiten zelfstandig uit te voeren. Je bent hands-on, analytisch, nauwkeurig en kan trends in resultaten evalueren. Bovendien ben je een teamplayer die minder ervaren medewerkers kan begeleiden en coachen. Wat kan je verwachten?
