Learn more at About the Role Our Brussels office is seeking a talented Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our Data & Technology team. Responsibilities Data protection and privacy (GDPR, cross-border data transfers) AI and emerging technologies Digital regulation and platform governance Cybersecurity and incident response Commercial contracts in the tech sector Copyright and IP issues related to software and digital content You will be involved in both advisory and contentious matters, supporting clients on strategic projects, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions. Qualifications Has 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally with exposure to data protection, technology law, or digital regulation. Holds a Belgian law degree and is admitted to the bar (or eligible). Required Skills Demonstrates strong analytical and drafting skills, with a keen interest in innovation and tech. Is Native in Dutch and Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus). Is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
