Overzicht van de Functie: Als Head of IT Corporate Reengineering en architectuur word je gevraagd om diverse transversale projecten te beheren. Je zal samenwerken met een team van projectmanagers om alle bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een omgeving van vertrouwen en inclusie binnen het departement. Verantwoordelijkheden: Samenwerking met een team van projectmanagers Beheer van diverse transversale projecten Ontwikkeling en onderhoud van een omgeving van vertrouwen en inclusie Analyses, evaluaties en oplossingen in vraag stellen Sturing van het governance proces Beheer van de relaties met interne klanten Voorwaarden: Ervaring in peoplemanagement Ervaring in IT-portefeuillebeheer Analytisch denken Creatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld Kenmerkend Nederlandse of Franse taalvaardigheid Foutloos Vloeiende Engels Waarom werken bij ons?
