We are looking for a **passionate Account Strategist** to join our growing team.
As an Account Strategist, **you are the main point of contact between the client and MKKM**. You manage the client relationship from A to Z: understanding their needs, translating objectives into creative and media briefs, overseeing project delivery, managing budgets and deadlines — all while ensuring client satisfaction.
**Your mission (if you accept it)**:
**1.**Client relationship management**:
- You will build and maintain a relationship of trust with your clients.
- You will identify their needs and business challenges, and recommend tailored digital strategies.
- You will make sure every deliverable is high-quality and fully aligned with the initial request.
**2.**Internal team coordination**:
- You will collaborate with creatives, influence leads, and media managers.
- You will turn client requests into clear, actionable briefs for the teams.
- You will ensure smooth project execution: from timelines and budgets to final delivery.
**3.**Budget and administrative oversight**:
- You will prepare quotes, track expenses, and manage invoicing.
- You will suggest budget or strategic optimizations when necessary.
**4.**Business development**:
- You will spot new opportunities within your existing client accounts.
- You will participate in pitches and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- You will help build loyalty and grow the accounts you're in charge of.
You’ll manage up to ten clients across various sectors (pharma, retail, health & beauty, food, and finance).
**Whom are we looking for?**:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (search, video, social media, programmatic, influencer marketing, tracking and analytics, etc.)
- Fluent Dutch speaker, with bilingual proficiency in French or English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and proactive.
- Strong business mindset.
- Able to handle stress and manage multiple priorities.
