We are looking for a Medior/Senior Business and/or Functional Analyst that loves building bridges between strategy, concept and development. Sounds like you? Keep on reading

What you’ll do:

- You identify and analyze customer business processes, translate them into clear functional specifications for innovative (and often digital) solutions.
- You translate the as-is situation into clear, structured documentation and diagrams writing business and functional requirements.
- You're the link between business and IT and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Together with the UX designer you will develop the functional (written) analysis as part of the conceptual delivery. You compose the backlog together with the Product Owner, write out the user stories and explain them to the product team.
- Once stories are developed, you test functionalities end to end to ensure that the end product fully meets the initial analysis and concept.

What we're looking for:

- You have an eye for optimization and improvements, always taking the end user into account
- You are strong in communicating to customers/stakeholders and can clearly convey an idea
- You have strong analytical skills
- You've worked in agile environments and are keen to the methodology
- Experience with functional requirement blueprints and BPMN flows
- Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus
- Experience with tools like Miro or Figma (Figjam)
- You speak fluent Dutch and English, French is a plus
- You have a consulting mindset
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Freelance

Loon: €4.000,00 - €7.000,00 per maand
