We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled junior, medior, or senior Business Analyst to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Observe business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather their requirements.
- Challenge and prioritize needs.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Provide recommendations to drive efficiency and increase productivity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
**Skills**:
- Office 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- IT knowledge is a plus
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
