Role: Business Analyst – CMSContract Type: FreelanceLocation: Hybrid (Brussels office)Start Date: ASAPDuration: Long-term contractWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams. The role involves analysing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting system implementation to enable operational efficiency and strategic objectives, with fluency in either French OR Dutch. Responsibilities:Model end-to-end business processes using BPMN methodology.Analyse and improve existing business processes in alignment with organisational objectives.Structure and represent business concepts through UML class diagrams.Gather and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements within an Agile framework.Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate designs and ensure alignment with business principles.Support testing activities, including writing test cases and performing business acceptance testing.Create and maintain clear, structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Master's degree or equivalent experience.5–8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.Strong knowledge of BABOK, UML, BPMN; Archimate is a plus.Experience in Agile product development.Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch.Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
