Business Analyst | 12 Months | Brussels Region, BelgiumAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, supporting data analysis and interpretation, driving process improvement initiatives, and acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.Our client is a well established organisation operating across Belgium. They are investing in business transformation, process optimisation, and enterprise system improvements to support ongoing growth and efficiency.Key Responsibilities• Engage with stakeholders to capture, document, and analyse business requirements• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams• Analyse data to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision making• Review and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and performance• Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities• Act as the primary communication bridge between business and IT teams• Support ERP and system integration initiatives, including SAP S/4 HANA• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for stakeholders and managementSkills and Experience• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex environments• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4 HANA or similar platforms• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insightsAre you the Business Analyst we are looking for?We will endeavour to respond to your application ASAP.
