Business Analyst - Investment Advice Services

The Invest & Financial Insurances industry is seeking an experienced Business Analysts with knowledge of the Retail and Private Banking Investment offering and its regulation (MIFID, ESG) to join their Advice Squad. As a Business Analyst, you will provide expertise and collaborate with the team members and Product Owners in the development of new Advice Services and their regulatory compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform impact analysis, detail business, regulatory, legal, process requirements
- Refine solutions together with the Product Owners and estimate business case and investment costs
- Ensure that all necessary information is available for the development teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Regularly report on status at different levels in the Tribe
- Lead the change activities (launch, go to market, IT release)
- Gather, understand and challenge the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal and Compliance)
- Requirements:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Business Sciences or equivalent business experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience covering investment topics
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and French with a good understanding of the other
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended)

**Mandatory**
- Experience with (agile) project management
- Experience in business case elaboration, value proposition definition, design thinking and business analysis
- Experience in leading workshops
- Good knowledge of the Investment product offering
- Experience in Investment advice
- Experience in Retail and Private Banking
