**Position Overview**:
The analyst is business analyst for the Testudo squad. This squad supports and maintains the central data store.
The analyst
- Maintains the data model
- Profiles the data to understand the data
- To extend/improve the data model
- To support database users
- Defines mapping/transformation rules that convert source data into the data model
- Assist the developer to ensure correct implementation of the specification
- Test the development
- Ensure implementation in production
- Supports the data steward to monitor data quality
- Provides second or third line to users within the back office, reporting teams, the tribe and within Risk
**What you'll do**:
- Experience with credits
- Experience in supporting a development squad in an agile environment
- Experience of working in a large company/complex business environment
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in functional analysis
- Experience in large scale IT development
- Expertise in data analysis, requirements documentation, testing
- Experience in a squad developing a database used for
- Experience with SQL
- Functional / technical analysis skills
- Medium to expert knowledge of standard MS tools and technologies: Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
- Testing capabilities
