**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to participate in the product team 'Information & Knowledge'. The Information and Knowledge product team provides an efficient digital workplace to share information, collaborate and gain knowledge.
**What you'll do**:
- Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements,
- Experience in modeling language Archimate3.1 and BPMN2.0 is required. Use of Sparx EA is a plus.
- Support businesses to model their processes and information,
- Validation of functional and non-functional specifications related to the optimal IT solution,
- Creation of test scenarios and support of the testing and acceptance processes,
- Develop reporting and perform data analyses to support business decisions or improve operational efficiency,
- Advising the product owner and working with the various product teams and product stakeholders in Germany and Belgium to evaluate, prioritize and plan the further development and maintenance of the product,
- Preparing and executing workshops and training courses together with the business, including 2nd line support.
**What you bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Min. 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
**Languages**:
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of German is a plus
- Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
