**How you’d spend your day**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest search news and trends, and conduct ongoing keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze monthly reporting data and collaborate with the SEO team to produce recommendations that increase client website traffic.
- Work with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices through technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation and program SEO.
- Identify areas of improvement in website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve website authority and search rankings.

**We think you’re awesome if you are**:

- Fluent in **Dutch or German** and English (C1 level or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, (Digital) Marketing, (Commercial) Economics, or a related field.
- Passionate about SEO and all digital marketing channels, with at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of SEO processes.
- Possess an analytical and organized approach to projects, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Capable of thinking analytically and effectively identifying and solving problems, with a data-driven, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and high proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Entry-level awareness of HTML/CSS and the ability to provide clear reporting and actionable insights on account performance.

With a team of experienced founders from the digital agency and eCommerce industry, we’re building Europe’s first dark kitchen for performance marketing. We’re building a new company in Europe’s sunniest city; Valencia, where we focus on providing scalable digital marketing services to agencies and larger companies. Currently, we are with a team of approximately 12 people, from 5+ countries, and growing rapidly. This role is one of the inception roles, so closer to the fire, you can’t get. Together, we have the ambition to scale this new European beauty to a large team of +100 in the next two years.
