IntroWe are looking for a talented Content Designer with strong expertise in SEO and GEO. In this role, you will design high-impact multilingual digital experiences, combining content strategy, user-centered design, and AI-powered optimization. Working closely with marketers and UX designers, you will shape content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions across our digital platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build landing pages and digital content to support campaigns and enhance user journeysEnsure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, content strategy, and design principlesDevelop compelling, user-friendly copy that is SEO-optimized, conversion-driven, and accessibleConduct user research, analyze data, and perform A/B testing to continuously optimize contentMonitor SEO trends and apply insights to maintain competitive content performanceUse AI tools to accelerate multilingual content creation, personalization, and optimizationCollaborate with UX designers and marketers to deliver impactful experiences across touchpointsDefine and track performance KPIs to guide improvements in traffic, conversions, and user satisfactionActively contribute to agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, demos)Experiences & Competences+5 years of experience as a Content Designer and SEO SpecialistProven knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices and performance analyticsSkilled in multilingual content creation and UX copywriting (Dutch required; English essential; German is a plus)Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and optimization toolsExperience with CMS platforms (Contentful), design tools (Figma, FigJam), analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square), and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Search Console)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights for decision-makingExcellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional agile teamsCreative, proactive, and able to think strategically while managing multiple projectsFlexible, resilient under pressure, and organized in meeting deadlines and prioritiesOfferBased in Brussels (2 days per week on-site)Full-time schedule, working in an agile and dynamic environmentOpportunity to combine content design, SEO strategy, and AI innovation to create meaningful digital experiences with direct business impact
