Job DescriptionYour Role:Develop and implement SEO and GEO best practices, creating a yearly roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and search opportunities.Write engaging, audience-focused digital content, ensuring alignment with SEO/GEO and UX guidelines.Collaborate with Copywriters, Product Managers, and Legal Experts to align SEO/GEO opportunities with business priorities and compliance requirements, optimizing visibility in search results—including AI-powered searches.Partner with Digital Analysts to measure performance impact and ROI, analyzing SEO/GEO KPIs and providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Work closely with IT to implement technical SEO/GEO requirements.Share SEO/GEO knowledge and best practices with the Digital Team and other Copywriters to foster continuous improvement.Profile:Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital copywriter.Fluent French , fluent in English; basic understanding of Dutch is required.Analytical mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of aligning multiple stakeholders and driving content priorities.Strong knowledge of local SEO (GEO) best practices.Hands-on experience with GA4 and keyword research tools.Previous experience in e-commerce or (financial) services is a strong plus.Exceptional writing skills, adaptable to various audiences and channels.
