SEO Strategist

We are looking for a world-class SEO Strategist to join our marketing team and lead our organic search efforts with precision and creativity.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving significant organic traffic and fueling our growth across all the markets we operate in (.co,.be,.fr,.nl,.es,...). Through expert execution of SEO strategies and optimization techniques, you’ll enhance our online visibility and unlock new opportunities for scaling our business.
Your strategic approach to optimizing content and improving search rankings, along with your relentless pursuit of generating high-converting leads, will ensure that Shyfter thrives in a competitive landscape. We’re not just looking for someone to manage SEO — we need a growth driver who will transform search engine optimization into a powerful engine for growth and market expansion.
Tasks
- Optimize our various websites to ensure maximum performance in search results.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and traffic statistics to evaluate site performance.
- Optimize conversion funnels to improve the conversion rate of visitors into leads.
- Implement content clusters in collaboration with our content marketer, along with internal linking strategies.
- Develop and execute semantic strategies to enrich content and improve SEO.
- Optimize and create specific content to meet user needs and search engine requirements.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate high-quality backlinks to strengthen the authority of our sites.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and audits to remain competitive in the market.
- Stay updated on SEO industry trends and Google algorithm updates.
- Implement HTML tagging and microdata to enhance search engine understanding of our content.

**Requirements**:

- A min 5 years proven experience in SEO, with a strong knowledge of best practices and SEO tools.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Understanding of conversion techniques and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying informed about industry developments.
- We operate in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain; you must be comfortable in a multilingual environment (FR, NL, ES, EN,...)
