We're looking for a Digital Analytics expert (Dutch or French) to join one of our clients' teams.What are your responsibilities?Define digital measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decisions.Cross-analyze various data sources (SEO, heatmaps, AB tests, surveys...) for deep insight.Identify friction points in the customer journey and conduct CRO audits.Develop testable hypotheses and run A/B and multivariate tests.Analyze experiment results using statistical significance frameworks.Present actionable insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.Manage tag implementation via a tag management system (e.g. GTM).Ensure proper cookie policy and GDPR compliance.Collaborate with UX, PO, developers, copywriters, and analysts.What are your qualifications?5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, and experimentation.Advanced skills in JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery.Hands-on experience with CRO platforms.Proficient in creating dashboards and data visualizations.Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.Ability to translate business needs into analytics strategies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Solid time management; able to work with minimal supervision.Knowledge of GDPR compliance and cookie management.Experience working in cross-functional digital teams (UX, PO, Dev...).
