Tasks
- Development and execution of successful SEO strategies
- Team management of freelance content writers & translators
- Guide copywriters through keyword research & editorial guidelines
- Recommend fixes for technical SEO issues
- Optimize search copy, website content, and landing pages.
- Implement updates into our WordPress public website
- Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g. link building, link baiting)
- Gather relevant keyword idea & research
- Report on aspects of SEO such as traffic and rankings٫ collect data
- Optimize campaigns through work with social media and PPC teams
- Remain current on SEO trends as well as integrated marketing trends
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Search console, HubSpo
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
- Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal/external team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message
- Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI
- Ensuring that site performance analysis, SEO tactics and media insights are continuously used to optimize content development on behalf of business partners

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Bachelor or Master in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
- 3-5 years of SEO experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
- Experience with WordPress
- Strong experience with relevant tools (e.g. SemRush, MOZ, ahrefs, Majestic SEO, Screaming Frog, ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, )
- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- French speaking native, with good english oral and written communication skills; dutch knowledge is a strong plus

**KEY EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCIES**:
S/he will be responsible for driving all metrics around SEO to improve ROI.
