Met een 140-tal winkels in Vlaanderen (Standaard Boekhandel) en een 40-tal in Wallonië (Club) zijn we een van de meest dynamische retailers van het land. Onze 600 specialisten zetten sterk in op persoonlijk advies en klantenbegeleiding, waarbij de kwaliteit van ons winkelnetwerk cruciaal is. Naast het winkelnetwerk hebben we ons logistiek center SBL.
Om ons IT-team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven IT Support Medewerker (NL/FR) die ervoor zorgt dat al onze IT-systemen soepel draaien, zodat onze winkels en medewerkers altijd kunnen rekenen op snelle en efficiënte ondersteuning.
Wat houdt de functie in?Als IT Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen en problemen binnen ons winkelnetwerk, hoofdkantoor en logistiek centrum. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de dagelijkse IT-operaties, zowel proactief als reactief.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vragen vanuit de winkels, het hoofdkantoor en ons logistiek centrum.
- Je lost problemen op met hardware, software en telefonie en documenteert deze in onze Servicedesk omgeving.
- Je registreert en volgt eerste- en tweedelijnsincidenten op en communiceert proactief met eindgebruikers. Complexere problemen stuur je door naar specialisten zoals netwerkbeheerders, applicatieontwikkelaars of externe serviceproviders.
- Je installeert hardware en software, begeleidt nieuwe gebruikers en zorgt ervoor dat ze succesvol van start kunnen gaan.
- Je houdt onze hardware- en software-inventaris up-to-date en beheert accounts, gebruiksrechten, printers en mailboxen.
- We zoeken iemand met een passie voor IT die energie krijgt van het helpen van anderen. Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Ervaring binnen retail is een pluspunt.
- Service is jou niet onbekend: je kan technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen en je kan omgaan met drukte.
- Je bent flexibel om te werken tijdens winkelopeningsuren, inclusief avonden en weekenden in een rotatiesysteem (inclusief stand-by op zaterdagen).
- Je bent vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
- Je bent technisch onderlegd in diverse systemen en toepassingen:
- Het installeren, configureren en troubleshooten van Windows besturingssystemen, basiskennis van VMWare.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID en het beheren van O365 accounts.
- Basiskennis van netwerken, inclusief het oplossen van verbindingsproblemen.
- Vaardig in het installeren en configureren van computers en printers.
- Kennis van scripting (bijvoorbeeld Powershell) is een plus.
- Een uitdagende functie binnen een dynamische retailomgeving, met een hart voor boeken.
- Een voltijdse positie met aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden.
