- Participer activement à la résolution des problèmes
- Collaborer avec les équipes de support globales pour résoudre à la fois les problèmes d'infrastructure informatique et les problèmes liés aux applications.
- Installer ou participer à l'installation des composants de l'infrastructure informatique, des applications et d'autres outils pertinents utilisés sur le(s) site(s).
- Surveillance et maintenance de l'infrastructure et des applications spécifiques au site, dans le respect des procédures d'exploitation standard.
- Participer activement à des projets informatiques spécifiques au site et globaux.
- Maintenir les comptes d'utilisateurs au sein des applications prises en charge localement.
- Agir en tant que représentant du site pour les professionnels de l'informatique de GBS.
- Participer aux procédures de gestion des changements informatiques.
- Dépannage de l'infrastructure informatique et des erreurs d'application, diagnostic et réparation des erreurs matérielles/logicielles.
- Maintenance de la partie du répertoire actif spécifique au site.
- Respecter les normes et directives globales en matière d'architecture, de sécurité et d'exploitation.
- Maintenir la documentation informatique spécifique au site dans votre domaine de responsabilité.
- Priorisation du travail et respect des accords de niveau de service GBS IT.
Profil recherché
Votre profil:
- Formation IT validée et/ou plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'infrastructure IT / de l'administration de systèmes IT.
- Expérience et compréhension d'un environnement de production.
- Expérience dans les processus de base de la gestion des fournisseurs.
- Très bonne connaissance de l'allemand et bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Idéalement, connaissance du français.
- Méthode de travail orientée vers les solutions, autonome et fiable.
