Als Insurance Administrator ben jij het organisatorische brein achter onze verzekeringsprocessen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van het beheren van documenten tot het ondersteunen van klanten en collega's. Je hebt een afwisselende job, en je dagen zien er ongeveer zo uit: Beheer van verzekeringsdocumenten: Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle polis documenten correct worden verwerkt en afgehandeld. Communicatie met sales Advisors, klanten en verzekeraars: Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en verzekeraars om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Verzekeringsaanvragen: Je volgt aanvragen op en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd wordt geregeld. Samenwerking met Sales Advisors: Je werkt nauw samen met het verkoopteam en zorgt ervoor dat alle verzekeringsdossiers snel en efficiënt worden behandeld. Proactief probleemoplossend: Je denkt mee en zorgt voor snelle oplossingen wanneer dat nodig is, zodat klanten altijd tevreden zijn. Ervaren of leergierig: Heb je ervaring in de verzekeringssector? Top Geen ervaring? Geen probleem, we staan open voor leergierige mensen die willen groeien. Nauwkeurig: Jij hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat geen enkel document verkeerd wordt afgehandeld. Communicatief sterk: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, en weet klanten snel te overtuigen en van informatie te voorzien. Frans is een plus, maar geen pre. Klantgericht: Jij begrijpt dat een uitstekende klantbeleving begint bij een uitstekende administratieve afhandeling. Zelfstandig en proactief: Je houdt van afwisseling en kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar je weet ook wanneer het tijd is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Locatie Antwerpen Noorderlaan
