Voor een uitdagende opdracht binnen een toonaangevend infrastructuurproject zoeken wij een Assistent Project Manager. In deze rol ondersteun je de uitvoering van elektromechanische projecten langs wegen, parkings en tunnels – denk aan openbare verlichting, verkeerssignalisatie, detectiesystemen en snelheidscontroles. Je zorgt ervoor dat technologie en infrastructuur naadloos samenkomen, met veiligheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit als constante prioriteit. Wat je doet Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en uitvoering van projecten binnen het departement. Je beheert de operationele, financiële en organisatorische aspecten van elk project en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Samen met projectleiders, assistenten en werfleiders zorg je dat elk project volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je stelt offertes op, calculeert kosten en onderhandelt met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je bepaalt projectteams, plant middelen en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf. Je volgt budgetten op, optimaliseert rendement en rapporteert gestructureerd aan de Project Manager. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen en behoudt overzicht, ook in dynamische omgevingen. Wie jij bent Je bent industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt kennis van elektromechanische installaties zoals verlichting, camera's en detectiesystemen. Je bent communicatief sterk, weet teams te motiveren en klanten te overtuigen. Je werkt resultaatgericht, bewaakt rendement en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. Je bent leergierig, praktisch ingesteld en bezoekt graag de werf om feeling te houden met de uitvoering. Je bent Nederlandstalig en woont bij voorkeur in Vlaanderen, met Zuid-Antwerpen als uitvalsbasis.
