Vous gérez des projets de manière autonome et vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les clients et les fournisseurs. Vous assurez le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité, et vous ajustez si nécessaire. Vous rédigez des devis, négociez avec les fournisseurs et assurez le suivi pratique et administratif de vos projets. Vous motivez et coordonnez l’équipe projet (y compris les junior et assistant project managers). Vous réfléchissez de manière créative avec les clients et traduisez leurs besoins en plans concrets et réalisables. Votre profil: Vous avez minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projets, avec une réussite démontrée dans la gestion autonome. Vous êtes bilingue (FR & NL) et professionnel(le) en anglais. Vous combinez une vision stratégique forte avec une exécution opérationnelle irréprochable. Vous êtes proactif(ve), analytique, résistant(e) au stress et un(e) véritable solutionneur de problèmes. Vous avez une mentalité “hands-on” tout en gardant une vue d’ensemble sur des projets complexes. Vous communiquez aisément avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les équipes, et vous savez motiver les autres. Vous êtes créatif(ve) dans les solutions, structuré(e) dans l’exécution et attentif(ve) aux détails. Vous pensez “out of the box”, êtes au courant des nouveautés du marché, et vous nous surprenez sans cesse avec vos idées fraîches. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Office (Excel, PPT, Word) ; une connaissance d’Adobe (Photoshop/InDesign) est un atout. Vous êtes flexible en matière de gestion du temps et vous n’avez pas une mentalité de 9 à 17 h. Vous disposez d’un permis B. Notre offre: Un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein.
