What you will do Build and evolve an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) following a platform-as-a-product approach Own and professionalize a production-grade OpenShift platform (architecture, upgrades, lifecycle) Design and maintain reusable platform building blocks (Helm charts, policies, golden paths) Implement and enforce a GitOps-first approach using Argo CD Enable application teams to work autonomously on Kubernetes through coaching and standards Collaborate with security, networking, observability and architecture teams Improve developer experience via documentation, self-service flows and Backstage integrations Reduce ad-hoc solutions by driving standardisation and reuse What you bring Must-haves Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift in production Proven background in platform engineering or senior DevOps Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines Solid understanding of cloud-native tooling (Helm, Prometheus, Grafana) Ability to enable and coach development teams Nice-to-haves Experience designing or running an Internal Developer Platform Scripting or automation experience (Bash, Python, Terraform) Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments Platform / Kubernetes-related certifications Interested?
