Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Payroll Advisor pour rejoindre notre équipe et soutenir la gestion des activités liées au temps et à la paie.
- Gestion opérationnelle : superviser les activités liées aux prestations et à la paie avec précision.
- Résolution de problèmes : identifier et corriger rapidement les anomalies.
- Support technique : implémenter les évolutions légales et processuelles dans Protime et Eblox.
- Optimisation : documenter, analyser et améliorer les processus pour une efficacité accrue.
- Projet: configurer une semaine de travail de 24 heuresvia Protime et Eblox.
- Mission temporaire : contrat à temps plein pour une durée de 9 mois, avec un démarrage immédiat.
- Flexibilité : possibilité de travailler jusqu’à 90 % en télétravail, avec des déplacements occasionnels sur site.
- Environnement stimulant : rejoignez une équipe dynamique au sein d’une entreprise reconnue pour son expertise en gestion des ressources humaines.
- Expertise technique : maîtrise impérative des outils Protimeet Eblox.
- Expérience professionnelle : solides compétences en gestion du temps, amélioration des processus et support à la paie.
- Compétences personnelles : rigueur, excellente organisation, attention au détail et aisance en communication.
- Connaissances spécifiques : bonne maîtrise de la législation sociale, des pratiques de paie et des outils d’automatisation des processus.
- Langues : excellent niveau d’anglais, très bon niveau en français et en néerlandais.
