We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate Quality Manager to join our team.Job Summary:Reporting to the Head of Corporate Quality, you are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining The Signalling Company Quality Management System to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. As such:You support the Process owners in the improvement of their respective processes; You organize the Management Reviews;You plan and perform the internal auditsYou manage the ISO external audits; you maintain, organize and track the agenda of audits;You manage the Quality Management System;You chair the Quality BoardYou manage the Risk Management process :You monitor risks at corporate and program levelYou monitor process owners' corporate risks review You review the linked processesYou share the adequate level of information with the stakeholders of your process;You track actions and issues related to Quality;You ensure minutes of meetings in your field of responsibility.You are based in Brussels, Belgium. You could travel up to 20%.ProfileRequired:You are an outgoing person and enjoy diversity in people and tasks.You are reliable and structured, passionate and learn fast.You communicate clearly and effectively, and you are fluent in writing in English.You can show 7+ years successful experience in quality management.You are a certified internal auditorYou have a higher education diploma.You can demonstrate a sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Sharepoint) suite, and Gitlab.
