Here, every day is different, and we love people who take initiative, embrace challenges, and think outside the box. 🚀As a Data Consultant, your mission would include:Designing, building, and maintaining automated data pipelines in Azure Databricks to consolidate data from various sources (phone calls, emails, website interactions, paper mail, etc.) into a centralized data warehouse.Migrating and converting legacy SAS codebases into scalable Databricks pipelines, enabling automated daily reporting instead of manual weekly processes.Optimizing data workflows using Python and SQL to ensure efficient and reliable data processing.Collaborating with BI teams to deliver Power BI dashboards that support business stakeholders with timely and actionable insights.Ensuring pipeline automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting for smooth daily operations with minimal manual intervention.You’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring:Background:1–2 years of experience working with Databricks in a data engineering or analytics context.Previous experience building or maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.Exposure to working with large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, call logs, transactional systems).Technical Skills:Solid hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.Experience integrating reporting tools such as Power BI.Basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and automated workflows/scheduling.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.Practical Info:Languages: Dutch native and fluency in englishStart Date: ASAPWe know that finding the right job isn’t just about the role, it’s about what’s in it for you, too.
