Carrefour Belgium is looking forward to hiring a Helpdesk (First Line) Agent. Job Description Do you have a passion for IT? Then this is your chance As a HelpDesk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our internal customers (stores and warehouses) for all their IT questions. You solve problems, contribute ideas for improvements, and help create an optimal IT environment. Mission: As a HelpDesk Agent, your mission is to provide fast and effective IT support to our internal customers. You are the face of the IT department and ensure that employees can perform their work undisturbed. You solve problems within the set timeframe, escalate more complex issues and signal recurring problems to promote structural solutions. With your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, you ensure satisfied users and an efficient IT environment. Profile: Junior/medior/senior profile with IT background (ICT, application management or similar) Basic IT knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with common operating systems and applications (such as Google Mail and SAP). Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch. Customer-oriented attitude: you are friendly, helpful, and know how to put people at ease. Solution-oriented work ethic. Analytical skills: you can quickly identify the core of a problem. Stress resistance Offer: A challenging position in a dynamic organization. A full-time contract of 39 hours per week. Starting with a 3-month contract with the prospect of a permanent contract after evaluation.
