Then this is your chanceAs a HelpDesk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our internal customers (stores and warehouses) for all their IT questions. You solve problems, contribute ideas for improvements, and help create an optimal IT environment.Mission:As a HelpDesk Agent, your mission is to provide fast and effective IT support to our internal customers. You are the face of the IT department and ensure that employees can perform their work undisturbed. You solve problems within the set timeframe, escalate more complex issues and signal recurring problems to promote structural solutions. With your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, you ensure satisfied users and an efficient IT environment.Profile:Junior/medior/senior profile with IT background (ICT, application management or similar)Basic IT knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
