**BEN JIJ ONZE NIEUWE IT HELPDESK ASSISTANT?**
We zoeken een IT Helpdesk Assistant die goesting heeft om in een creatieve omgeving de **nodige day-to-day IT support **te geven. Ons IT- team zorgt voor een state-of-the-art IT infrastructuur en ondersteunt alle collega’s op vlak van hard
- en software. Als IT Helpdesk Assistant sta je in voor de **technische ondersteuning en het onderhoud van het computerpark en de verschillende applicaties**. Samen met je team help je de mensen verder met hun dagelijkse IT vragen en problemen.
**Over de job**
- Je bent het **eerste aanspreekpunt **voor je collega’s met betrekking tot een breed gamma aan **hard
- en software problemen**
- Je staat mee in voor de **implementatie en aanpassingen van de systemen**, volgens de behoeften van de organisatie
- Je helpt mee aan het beheer, uitbreiding, vernieuwing en beveiliging van het informaticapark
- Je zorgt voor een **goede documentatie **(opmaken van handleidingen, logboek, inventaris en registratie van toestellen,...)
- Het detecteren van verbeterpunten; de voorstelling en de uitwerking ervan in een project behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket
- Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke ICT en maakt deel uit van het Operations Team
**Over jou**
- Je hebt een **IT-achtergrond**, ofwel door opleiding, ofwel door ervaring
- Je hebt een basiskennis van **Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud & MS Office**:
- Je hebt **kennis van iOS & Android**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een basiskennis betreffende Active Directory, antivirus, anti-spam en back-up
- Noties van moderne programmeertalen (Php, Powershell,.Net,...) en databanken (MS SQL Server, MySQL,...) zijn een pluspunt
- Je bent een teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
- ** Structuur en project beheer **zijn een van je stokpaardjes
- Je hebt een positieve houding en staat graag je collega’s te woord bij problemen
- Je bent **NL-talig en beheerst vlot de Engelse taal**; Frans is een pluspunt
