De doelstelling van de dienst Infrastructure & Operations, waar deze vacature zich situeert, is het bieden van een veilige, stabiele en performante IT-omgeving die onze interne klanten en partners efficiënt kunnen gebruiken, terwijl we nieuwe technologische mogelijkheden (cloud, data, AI...) inzetten om de strategische behoeften van de NBB te ondersteunen. Werken binnen ons team betekent bijdragen aan technologische innovatie in een stimulerende omgeving en deel uitmaken van een essentiële missie voor het algemeen belang.

Functieomschrijving Als IT Architect binnen de dienst IT Infrastructure & Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderzoeken, ontwerpen en optimaliseren van de IT-architectuur van de Bank. Je werkt in een transversaal team aan zowel on-premise als cloud IT-infrastructuur, met een focus op specifieke domeinen. Je ondersteunt de implementatie van realistische en gestandaardiseerde oplossingen die de IT-strategie en Enterprise Architectuur van de NBB versterken.
- je werkt samen met IT-architecten, IT-security, IT-service eigenaren en andere teams om oplossingen en standaarden te ontwerpen en te documenteren die voldoen aan bedrijfsvereisten, terwijl je hergebruik en simplificatie van technologie bevordert
- je werkt met verschillende IT-teams om oplossingen correct te implementeren en te onderhouden
- je coördineert, implementeert en test proof of concepts ter validatie.
- je schrijft functionele en technische specificaties en doet voorstellen voor wijzigingen in architectuurstandaarden
- je overlegt met leveranciers, partners en collega's, en woont events en conferenties bij
- je stelt een technologische roadmap en governance op in lijn met de IT-strategie, om zo te zorgen voor een veilige en onderhoudbare omgeving
- je stelt concrete technologische oplossingen voor en presenteert deze aan de betrokken partijen
- je zorgt voor ondersteuning en advies tijdens de implementatietrajecten.
Profiel
- je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in Informatica
- je hebt een echte passie voor IT-infrastructuur, en een zeer goede kennis van databases en server packages
- je bent in staat om grote hoeveelheden informatie te analyseren en te integreren; je bent resultaatgericht en betrouwbaar
- je zoekt naar solide en veilige oplossingen die passen in de bedrijfsarchitectuur van de Bank; je ondersteunt innovatie op alle niveaus van je entiteiten en teams
- je blijft kritisch en durft "uit te dagen" om middelen optimaal in te zetten, rekening houdend met de gestelde prioriteiten
- je hebt kennis van de belangrijkste security policies
- je bent Nederlandstaling en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels (min. niveau B1).
