Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Data Architect** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.
- Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

Functie
- Begrijp en documenteer de AS-IS architectuur
- Identificeer potentiële risico’s en problemen met de architectuur enverbeteringen voorstellen
- Monitor Data Analytics behoeften in de organisatie envertaal ze naar architectuurveranderingen
- Ontwerp en stel een architectuurroadmap voor invoorbereiding op toekomstige data science-modellen
- Beveel de optimale manier aan om gegevens te importeren uit verschillendegegevensbronnen (intern en extern)
- Begeleiden en participeren in de ontwikkeling van dedatamarts & Power BI-dashboards
- Opzetten en promoten van de cartografie van de databeschikbaar, hiërarchisch gestructureerd op basis van hunbelang, volume en kritieke aard; het doel is omde gegevensverwerking door de analisten te vergemakkelijken en te optimaliseren
- Ondersteuning van de implementatie van een Data Governance en deevolutie naar een datagedreven cultuur
- Bovenstaande werkzaamheden uitvoeren in nauwe samenwerking met het Smart Data Factory-team tijdens de verschillende stadia van de levenscyclus van het project
Functie-eisen
- Inzicht in Azure suite-tools (Azure Data Factory,Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Analysis Services,SQL-server)
- Goed begrip van SAP-systemen (R3, S4, RFC, BAPI calls)
Daarnaast ook kennis hebben van de volgende begrippenof tools worden als een pluspunt beschouwd:
- Modelleertool Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Projectmanagement
- Azure DevOps
Inzicht in datamodelleringsprocessen, waaronder:
- Opschonen en voorbereiden van gegevens
- BI Data modelleringstechnieken (Star schema’s)
Daarnaast ook kennis hebben van de volgende begrippenof tools wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd:
- Datawarehouse automatiseringstool TimeXtender
- Azure-gegevensfabriek
