For our Commercial Client in Belgium, we are looking for Team Lead Inside Sales. As an Inside Sales for accounts, you will be responsible for ResponsibilitiesInside Sales Mechanics (Technical-Commercial)• Maintain and develop commercial and technical relationships with customers.• Translate company strategy into concrete action plans for the Mechanics department.• Share commercial information with the Mechanics team.• Actively participate in preparing quotations (hands-on).• Support the team in creating accurate and winning offers.• Ensure timely and qualitative responses to customer requests.• Provide technical advice related to the Mechanics product range.• Ensure consistency in quotations based on visit reports and commercial policy.• Support Customer Care in handling complaints.• Collaborate closely with External Sales Engineers and Product & Solutions Engineers.• Analyze quotation success rates and identify improvement opportunities.• Accompany External Sales Engineers during customer presentations when required.Key Indicators:• Revenue and margin development of Mechanics range.• Quotation success rate.• Number of new customers and Mechanics-oriented projects.• Response times.• Consistent application of commercial policy.• Customer satisfaction.Work Organization• Manage and organize the team’s workload to ensure balanced task division and quality.• Communicate activity indicators (requests, offers, pipeline, response time).• Plan team holidays according to activity periods and HR guidelines.• Adjust priorities in case of unplanned absences.Key Indicators:• Balanced workload distribution.• Continuity of service quality.Product Responsibilities• Maintain relationships with suppliers of the Mechanics range.• Provide input on stock decisions and stock rotation.Key Indicators:• Supplier support for customer opportunities.• Sustainable supplier relationships.• Stock rotation performance.People Management• Coach and manage team performance.• Create personal development plans.• Develop technical skills in collaboration with Product & Solutions Engineers and HR.• Ensure understanding of company strategy and translate it into team action plans.• Foster strong communication and an open feedback culture.• Encourage team idea sharing.• Resolve conflicts and differences of opinion.• Keep the team informed about key meetings.• Drive team cohesion.Candidate ProfileEducation• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electromechanics.Experience / Knowledge• Minimum 3–5 years of successful team leading experience in a technical-commercial (insidesales) environment.• Strong technical expertise in most Mechanics products: bearings, belt and chain transmissions, couplings, linear guides, …• Sufficient practical / field experience to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions.Competencies• Customer and solution orientation – level 4• Team leadership and ability to unify people – level 3• Prioritization and task organization – level 3• Analytical skills – level 2• Leading self (continuous learning, collaboration, adaptability, initiative) – level 3Benefits –Meal vouchers €8 (employee contribution €1.09)hospitalization/group insurancecompany car category PC200 (single/double holiday pay 13th month, eco vouchers)CAO90 bonus plan.
