La technique t’intéresse, mais également participer activement au développement de l’entreprise ?Bureau d’études Phoenix t’offre un poste mixte dans lequel tu seras amené(e) à :Traiter l’ensemble des aspects techniques d’une grande variété de projets de construction, de réparation ou de maintenance d’ouvrages de construction. Nos services incluent les études de stabilité ainsi que les services de maîtrise d’ouvrageParticiper activement à la réflexion, la mise en œuvre de nouvelles idées visant à développer ou à optimiser les activités de l’entreprise. Dans le but de supporter notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) expérimenté(e), afin de prendre la direction de notre centre de compétences techniques relatives au dimensionnement structural de bâtiments.QualificationsProfil technique avec intérêt pour le développement d’une start-up,Diplôme d’Ingénieur(e) Industriel ou Civil des Constructions,Expérience minimale de 6 ans dans les études de stabilité.Expérience probante dans la direction d'équipesExpérience probante en gestion de projet et interactions avec les clientsConnaissance des programmes de calcul aux éléments finis,Proactif(ve) et prêt à sortir des sentiers battus et de sa zone de confort,Aptitudes organisationnelles, autonomie et bonne gestion du temps,Capable d’aborder la construction avec un regard pratique et pragmatique,Bonne connaissance du français (la connaissance de l’anglais et/ou du néerlandais est un plus).
