Senior Structural Engineering Manager

A major player in the chemical industry is seeking a Senior Structural Engineering Manager. The role involves driving civil and structural studies for key investment projects and managing external engineering firms. This new opportunity comes as part of the company's expanding industrial development. As a Senior Structural Engineering Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Define, organize, and carry out civil and structural studies during the key phases of the projects. Supervise and assess the work delivered by the appointed engineering companies. Prepare project documentation and contribute to important technical decisions. Ensure coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. Monitor schedules, design quality, and the compliance of all deliverables. Perform preliminary assessments on existing installations and propose targeted maintenance plans. Include innovative and sustainable practices in the solutions developed. About you: Strong academic background in civil or structural engineering, with solid experience in technical projects. Good knowledge of structural calculation software and design practices. Strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for collaborative work and managing external partners. Proven leadership, methodological rigor, and a strong sense of internal service. Excellent communication skills, both in French and English. An analytical way of thinking and the ability to run multiple projects at once.
