Als Financial Analyst leg je continu de brug tussen Finance en IT. Het doel is om alle kennis en expertise over de systemen, rapporteringen en tools in house te bewaren en in house verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je beheert en ondersteunt de financiële rapporteringssystemen en tools (bijvoorbeeld de budgetteringstool of consolidatietool) en bouwt deze verder uit;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking en implementatie van nieuwe rapporteringen, systemen en tools binnen Finance. Daarbij ben je de cruciale business partner voor de interne stakeholders. Bijvoorbeeld: je vraagt de input van de business controlling collega’s i.v.m. de opmaak van budget, forecasting, meerjarenplannen. Op basis van deze input bouw je deze rapporteringen aan de hand van specifieke software in de nieuwe tool die je collega’s in staat stelt veel efficiënter te werken.
- Bij de implementatie van nieuwe systemen kan je rekenen op de hulp van een externe implementatie-expert.
- Je geeft training aan interne stakeholders die met de systemen en tools zullen werken in het kader van optimaal gebruik ervan.
- Je stemt nauw af met de Group Controller en de CFO over de projecten waar je aan werkt.
- Je bent continu op zoek naar mogelijkheden om processen efficiënter te maken en de financiële verslaggeving naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in een economische richting;
- Je hebt eerste ervaring van 3 tot 5 jaren in finance/data analytics/accounting/finance consulting;
- Je hebt een passie voor data analytics en weet je weg te vinden in complexe datastromen;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
- Je hebt een analytische mindset. Je kan processen begrijpen en hebt inzicht in systemen;
- Je bent resultaatgericht en hulpvaardig;
- Je hebt een kritisch oog en werkt nauwkeurig.
