With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized intelligence experience and attention to detail to synthesize intelligence products and partner with your clients to ensure they have the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and thrive working under pressure to deliver results, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an intelligence analyst on our Executive Support team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment. You’ll validate information leveraging your tradecraft and effective partnerships across the intelligence enterprise as you consolidate assessments and deliver read books for senior-level military commanders.

This is a chance to broaden your expertise, leverage and enhance your network to accurately capture the operating environment, and hone your skills partnering with senior leaders to deliver intelligence updates. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting national security missions
  • 6+ years of experience as an all-source analyst
  • 3+ years of experience delivering analytic production in compliance with ICD 203, supporting defense intelligence missions in the EUCOM AOR
  • Ability to work across the intelligence community, delivering results on complex missions
  • Ability to think creatively and partner with clients to transform processes, enhance delivery, and deliver impacts
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience as an all-source analyst
  • Experience with NATO
  • Ability to brief intelligence analysis to senior leaders
  • Master’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Regional Studies, International Law, or Business

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
