Responsibilities
Design and Process Flow Support:
- Collaborate with other BAs and FAs to design user-centric business process flows.
- Develop end-to-end and intermediate workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and application functionalities.
- Prioritize the usability and effectiveness of processes for all stakeholders.
Backup BA Coverage:
- Act as a backup for BAs during periods of absence (e.g., illness or holidays).
- Seamlessly integrate into ongoing projects to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Customer-Specific Projects:
- Take ownership of specific customer tracks as time allows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer-specific business analysis needs.
Ownership and Agility:
- Proactively adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and strong commitment to team success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business process flows and user-centric design.
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in documenting and optimizing workflows.
- Soft Skills: Adaptability, ownership mentality, and a collaborative attitude.
- Tools: Familiarity with BA tools for workflow design and analysis is an asset.
