In deze rol sta je centraal in het garanderen van een efficiënte, veilige en kwaliteitsgedreven productieomgeving. Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid en alle ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren en de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Senior Production Manager - regio Gent - Chemie Onze klant, gevestigd in regio Gent, is een internationale voortrekker binnen de chemische sector. Senior Production Manager - regio Gent - Chemie Als Senior Production Manager neem je de leiding over het volledige productieproces en zorg je voor een optimale werking dankzij je duidelijke visie en hands-on aanpak. Je brengt processen in kaart, analyseert bottlenecks en initieert concrete verbeteracties om efficiëntie en stabiliteit te verhogen. Je creëert een cultuur waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan. KPI Management: Je bepaalt de juiste prestatie-indicatoren, volgt ze op en stuurt actief bij om resultaten te maximaliseren. People Management: Je motiveert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt je team, en bouwt aan een sterke, samenwerkende productieorganisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de SHEQ & Operations Manager. Senior Production Manager - regio Gent - Chemie Je beschikt over een Master in de chemie. Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord binnen de chemische sector. Je bent een inspirerende peoplemanager die anderen in beweging zet. Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch en communiceert helder en doelgericht. Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels vlot.
