Start People is recruiting for our client in Lommel, a brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international company from the early stages of its operations and build a long-term career in a modern industrial environment.
Your Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on industrial equipment and installations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation faults.
Ensure maximum equipment reliability and production continuity.
Support continuous improvement and optimization projects.
Work in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Your Profile
Relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
Good level of English (spoken and written).
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to work in a rotating 6-shift system.
Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
