Overview Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Global Datacenter Corporate IT Lead who is strategic, visionary and collaborative to join us in our Infrastructure and Technology Solutions team , based in our offices in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium. About the role You will be working in a team that prepares the future of our IT infrastructure by designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. While you will need a strong understanding of modern infrastructure and platforms, your role will focus more on defining long-term strategic direction, influencing decision-making, and guiding the implementation of scalable, secure, and future-ready systems across the organization. Who you’ll work with You will be part of a high-performing and agile infrastructure team, collaborating closely with cybersecurity experts, solution leaders, and key stakeholders across the business. You’ll also interface with external service providers, project managers, and platform owners to bring technology strategies to life. What you’ll do Shape long-term infrastructure strategy and define future-ready technology roadmaps Lead solution design and delivery across infrastructure platforms and data centers Understand and propose solutions for the key security challenges in the datacenters Define and enforce architectural guidelines and compliance best practices Collaborate with purchasing teams on cost-effective technology decisions Mentor team members and drive cross-functional collaboration Education, experience and skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field 10+ years’ experience in infrastructure architecture or a similar technical role Expertise in data center systems: server, storage, virtualization, and automation Strong knowledge of Broadcom suite, storage, backup, database solutions and Microsoft technologies like Windows, SQL server, Azure, AVS… Proven experience in network security and regulatory compliance Fluent in English; French is a plus Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
