As a Release Management and Testing Specialist, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our release processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our modernization goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modern technologies and methodologies to enhance our delivery models and ensure the highest quality of our services.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement modern release management strategies that align with the company's goals of adopting advanced technologies and modernizing delivery models.
- Manage the release lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications.
- Lead the integration of modern testing methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and addressing issues early in the release process.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure releases are delivered with a repeatable and scalable process.
- Drive the adoption of automation tools to streamline the release and testing processes, reducing time-to-market and increasing quality.
- Monitor and manage risks that may affect release scope, schedule, and quality. Mitigate risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
- Produce Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans.
- Weekly Release Reporting to stakeholders and management.
- Continuously work on improving the release process by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous releases.

Your Profile:
- Visionary, integrating leadership and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Broad IT - telco - software development lifecycle - CICD knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience: min 10 years in leadership position, including 5 years of experience in release management and testing in the telecom industry
