Nous recrutons un Test Manager afin de rejoindre le département PMO de la DG Comptable et Procurement du SPF BOSA (SPF Stratégie et appui). Le département PMO est responsable du développement et de la gestion des différentes applications comptables et financières utilisées au sein de la DG Comptable et Procurement
La DG Comptable et Procurement conseille et soutient les organisations clientes en matière de comptabilité et de marchés publics. Elle supervise l'ensemble du cycle comptable et dépose les comptes annuels consolidés du gouvernement fédéral. Elle assure la gestion, l'évolution et la maintenance du système ERP comptable/financier et de la plateforme de numérisation des marchés publics. La direction propose également des contrats collectifs par le biais de sa centrale d'achat.
Le Service public fédéral Stratégie et Appui (SPF BOSA) assiste le gouvernement et soutient les organisations fédérales dans différents domaines : IT, RH, gestion organisationnelle et politique d'intégrité, budget, comptabilité et marchés publics.

En tant que Test Manager, vous rejoindrez le département PMO au sein de la DG Comptable et Procurement. Votre éventail de tâches comprendra
Vous êtes responsable de l'élaboration des plans de test conformément aux exigences.
Vous vérifiez et suivez les « delivrables» livrés.
Vous planifiez et coordonnez les différents tests avec les testeurs en concertation avec les chefs de projet et les release managers concernés (tests d'acceptation, de régression et autres types de tests).
Vous anticipez l'organisation des tests en fonction du calendrier des releases et des discussions au sein du Change Advisory Board.
Vous rapportez régulièrement à l'équipe de projet de l'état d'avancement des tests.
Vous implémentez et maintenez des solutions pour les tests automatisés.
Vous rapportez directement au programme manager
Description de profil
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor ou d'un Master dans un domaine lié à l'informatique ou équivalent par expérience
Vous démontrez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
Vous avez de l'expérience dans la planification et la coordination de tests applicatifs
Vous avez de l'expérience d'outils dédiés au test management et à l'automation des tests ou êtes prêts à acquérir cette connaissance
Vous avez des connaissances en matière de best practices et de méthodologies relatives au développement, au release management et à l'application Lifecycle Management
Vous avez de l'expérience en matière de reporting des avancées de vos testings
Vous avez des connaissances des modules SAP Finances
Vous avez des connaissances, de l'expérience ou de l'intérêt dans le domaine de la Finance et vous souhaitez les approfondir.
