DynaFin is expanding its financial consulting team, searching for passionate individuals with excellent customer service skills to contribute to banking and insurance projects. We are actively looking for a dynamic test manager to leverage their expertise in navigating the complexities of testing.
Seeking a dynamic test manager consultant, with experience in testing. In this role, you will play a crucial part by managing a team and creating links with them.

Responsibilities- Establish lightweight test documentation using ISTQB and Agile methodologies.
- Develop a strategy and plan based on test policy.
- Coordinate, professionalize, and structure testing activities, ensuring ISTQB compliance.
- Share testing knowledge with other teams, developers, and analysts.
- Adapt JIRA workflow and use X-RAY for test management.
- Define and oversee test automation strategy and implementation.
- Create accessible test reports for all project stakeholders.
- Participate in Scrum rituals and coordinate sprint testing tasks.
- Regularly report test progress to the project manager and advise on testing processes.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banking/insurance.
- A master's degree in economy, finance, or business administration.
- Must have efficient communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.
- Advanced knowledge in SOAP.
- Must have an SQL certification.
- Adaptability is crucial as a test manager.
- Advanced JIRA skills for optimal test management.
