Triple A Solutions is een A tot Z dienstverlener voor Credit Management oplossingen. Samen met onze klant gaan we op zoek naar hun noden binnen het domein van debiteurenbeheer, en stellen we een oplossing op maat voor. We bieden een unieke combinatie aan van kennis, credit professionals en software. Als Academist kom je terecht bij één van onze klanten, waar je een gevarieerd takenpakket combineert met tal van opleidingen. Je wordt bovendien gecoacht door een echte Credit Expert. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden In onze Credit Academy start je een traject van twee jaar waar je alle beginselen van het debiteurenbeheer leert. Je neemt deel aan opleidingen binnen en buiten de kantooromgeving en je kan deze kennis meteen in de praktijk uittesten. Welke opleidingen staan er zoal op het programma? A) Soft Skills: assertieve communicatie; time management; Hoe omgaan met conflicten?; B) Hard Skills: debiteurenbeheer van A tot Z; kredietanalyse; balansanalyse; handelsinformatierapporten lezen en interpreteren. Heb je je diploma hoger onderwijs op zak, ben je taalvaardig, goed met cijfers en kick je op klantencontacten? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma; je spreekt en schrijft vlot in onze twee landstalen; je hebt een vlotte en communicatieve persoonlijkheid je stelt je flexibel op naar je werkomgeving; ervaring is niet vereist, een eerste ervaring in Credit Collection kan handig van pas komen.
