Partnership Development - Belgium Join Alan's mission to make prevention the new norm of care. We build a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare into a seamless system. Key Outcomes Execute high‑impact field events targeting HR professionals to generate measurable business outcomes. Build and maintain HR network relationships with HR influencers, federations, and decision‑makers. Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Belgian HR ecosystem through content creation and partnership activation. Generate business opportunities by converting brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth with the sales team. Develop localized communication content including event materials and messaging for the Belgian HR audience. Establish Alan as a thought leader through collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition. Ideal Candidate 5+ years in Partnership Management, Sales, or Marketing. Full English fluency (written and spoken). Native‑level Dutch. Proven event planning, coordination, and impact measurement. Excellent networking and pitching skills with C‑level and HR audiences. Strong communication and content creation skills (copywriting, visual design). Ownership and accountability in delivering results. Collaborative and able to influence cross‑functional teams.
