Our mission is to revolutionize the physical payments (card-present payments) landscape. We focus on building a payment product that businesses love and that SaaS providers embrace as a core part of their offering. Our initial focus is on POS/SaaS systems serving bars, restaurants, and cafés in Belgium. We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and are looking for an entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy in Belgium. This role involves building and managing a network of independent software vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners. About the Role As our first employee in Belgium, you will be responsible for launching and growing the Belgian market. You will lead Klearly's market entry by identifying, attracting, and scaling partnerships with ISVs, POS providers, and other ecosystem players. You will be our local eyes and ears, representing Klearly in the market and feeding market insights back to the team. This is a high-impact role with the potential to grow into a Country Manager position. Responsibilities Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Belgium through partnerships. Identify and close commercial partnerships with ISVs, POS providers, system integrators, and other relevant partners. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. Work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to align partner integrations and support. Report on the partnership pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities. Represent Klearly at events and within the Belgian fintech and software community. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles. Strong network within the Belgian hospitality and/or ISV ecosystem. Proven experience initiating and scaling commercial partnerships, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or payments environment. Entrepreneurial mindset – resourceful, hands-on, and thriving in an ambiguous environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
