Join us today as SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead.YOUR ROLESolution Design: collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, design and implement effective SAP EAM solutions that align with business objectives and best practices, based on SAP's on-premise and cloud portfolio of solutionsProject Leadership: lead EAM tracks and projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high quality delivery according to client expectations, but also timely and within budgetSystem Configuration: keep in touch with the system and support our EAM team to configure and customize SAP to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes in or out of SAPTeam Management: manage and mentor a team of EAM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project successYOUR PROFILEA bachelor's or master's degree combined with 10+ years of SAP project experience in asset management and asset maintenanceExtensive knowledge of SAP PM, CS, linear asset management, S/4HANA ServiceBusiness knowledge of maintenance and service processes, and strategic asset managementKnowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics or CRM is an added valueA collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitudeResult-driven & focused on delivering qualityA native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in EnglishWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
