Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, impact te maken en mee te bouwen aan een groeiende legal practice. 🚀 Jouw impact binnen het team Als Senior Legal Manager neem je een centrale rol op binnen het volledige M&A-proces en fungeer je als trusted advisor voor een brede klantenportefeuille. Je leidt complexe M&A-transacties van start tot finish en bewaakt een vlekkeloze uitvoering in elke fase. Je draft en reviewt dealkritische documentatie , waaronder NDA’s, LOI’s, SPA’s en asset purchase agreements. Je vertegenwoordigt cliënten in onderhandelingen , zowel aan koop- als verkoopzijde, en zet strategisch de toon. Je identificeert juridische risico’s en vertaalt deze naar heldere, pragmatische en businessgerichte adviezen. Je biedt breder corporate & commercial advies aan ondernemingen in uiteenlopende sectoren. Je ondersteunt de groei van het team door junior profielen te coachen en actief bij te dragen aan kennisdeling. 🧩 Jouw Profiel Master in de Rechten, met een uitstekende kennis van Belgisch recht . Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in M&A, bij voorkeur binnen een advocatenkantoor of multidisciplinaire omgeving. Sterke drafting skills en bewezen onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Business-minded, analytisch en strategisch ingesteld.
