Our experts ensure compliance in employment and tax law, both for Attentia's Social Secretariat and for our clients. We act as sparring partners, advisers, and translators of complex legislation into clear, applicable practices.Our team ensures compliance for Attentia's Social Secretariat and act as a trusted advisor for our clients.What you'll doAs an HR Tax Expert, you will:Safeguard compliance in payroll taxation and parafiscal frameworks.Follow new legislation and convert it into concrete payroll processes (engine adjustments, pay codes, etc.).Develop tools, templates, and guidelines for colleagues and clients.Train teams and share knowledge through sessions, articles, webinars, and media.Represent Attentia in fiscal working groups within the Union of Social Secretariats.Mentor less experienced colleagues and strengthen team expertise.The impact of your workYour analyses keep Attentia fully compliant and enable clients to make well-founded decisions.
