Lifeguard Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lifeguard to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring pool areas are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular pool tests to ensure water quality meets safety standards; Maintain accurate documentation of test results and pool maintenance activities; Provide excellent customer service to members by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to their needs; Safely manage emergencies and provide first aid when necessary; Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment; Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Lifeguarding certification (e.g., AED/CPR/AED); Experience working in a lifeguarding or related role; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
